RETURN OF UNUSED GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS
It may happen that the goods you purchased from us do not suit you for some reason, or you simply changed your mind about the purchase. In this case, you have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason*.
* In the case of hygiene products, you cannot return them if they have been opened or used. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to protective covers, files, wipes and towels, razors, cosmetics in the form of liquids or gels, or any other products that come into direct contact with the body, skin or mucous membranes.
Before you do so, we will ask you to complete and return the form below. We will then prompt you to dispatch the goods once we have received it. Our T&Cs deal, among other things, with the general rules for the return of goods (Article VII.).
Please note that we only accept returns of goods that are unused, unsoiled, complete with all accessories, with original labels/tags, accompanying documentation and in their original packaging to the following address:

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will contact you. If it meets the above conditions, a credit note will be issued and the funds will be refunded depending on the original payment method used.
Shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
