Grounds for personal data processing
We have obtained these personal data directly from you as part of the process of ordering the goods, entering into the contract, processing the order, and the payment for or delivery of the goods. We need your personal data to provide our services to you to the extent requested. When processing such data, we follow the personal data protection rules as described below.

When your personal data are being processed, you are the data subject, i.e. the person about whom the personal data are being processed concerning such person.

Personal data protection rules
Your personal data will be kept securely in accordance with the relevant laws of the Slovak Republic and the legislation of the European Union only for the time necessary to meet the purpose of the processing. Your personal data are accessible only to selected authorised employees of the company who process such data manually or by means of electronic systems in accordance with the security policy of the company. Your personal data will be archived in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic. We have the legal obligation to provide your personal data for the purposes of inspection or supervisory activities, or at the request of the competent state authorities or institutions if so required by designated regulations.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right:

1. to request from the controller access to personal data concerning the data subject,
2. to rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of the processing of personal data,
3. to object to the processing of personal data,
4. to personal data portability,
5. to withdraw his/her consent to personal data processing at any time,
6. to lodge a complaint or a petition to commence proceedings with a supervisory authority, such supervisory authority being the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
