Our equipment meets the highest quality standards. If your equipment is nevertheless damaged or defective, please inform us immediately using the form below.
Our general terms and conditions also deal with, among other things, the general rules for handling complaints (Article VI.).
We will inform you of the further procedure regarding your specific claim as soon as we receive the form.
The customer is responsible for any postage costs for the transport of the goods to assess the defect. In case of an accepted claim, the customer will be refunded.
