Delivery and shipping prices

Delivery of smaller parcels is arranged by a courier who will contact you in the usual way - usually by SMS and then by phone.

Delivery of bulky shipments on pallets is arranged by a freight forwarder. Delivery to an address means delivery "to the curb" - no further transport or carrying upstairsis provided.  

We are unable to arrange this service, but delivery takes place after an agreed date, the delivering freight forwarder will contact you in advance by email, SMS or phone, so you have the option to arrange assistance in advance.

* Note for shipments to Liechtenstein, Norway and Serbia:

Shipping prices include export customs clearance fees. The buyer is responsible for import customs fees, duty (if the goods are subject to duty) and VAT.

** Note for shipments to UK:

Shipping prices include export customs clearance fees. The buyer is responsible for import customs fees, duty (if the goods are subject to duty) and VAT.

It is mandatory for the buyer to provide a valid EORI number.

Shipping prices are quoted excluding VAT.
