Right of withdrawal
RETURN OF UNUSED GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS
It may happen that for some reason you do not like the goods you purchased from us, or you have simply changed your mind about the purchase. In this case, you have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of their delivery without giving a reason*.
* in the case of hygiene products, they cannot be returned if they have been opened or used. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to protective covers, files, wipes and towels, razors, cosmetics in the form of liquids or gels, or any other products that come into direct contact with the body, skin or mucous membranes.
Before doing so, we will ask you to fill out and send the form below. After receiving it, we will then invite you to send the goods. Our GTC also discuss, among other things, the general rules for returning goods (Article VII.).
Please note that we only accept back goods that are unused, undamaged, with complete accessories, with original labels/tags, accompanying documentation and in the original packaging to the address:

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will contact you. If it meets the above conditions, you will be issued a credit note and the funds will be refunded depending on the original payment method used.
Shipping and postage costs are paid by the customer.
