The quarantee applies to the Silverfox brand

Our lowest price guarantee applies to our entire range of Silverfox products. We compare our prices daily with those of our competitors and adjust them so that you can be sure that the price at MIMERA is guaranteed to be lowest. However, even though we are very consistent, it can happen that we overlook something.

Our lowest price guarantee means that if you find the same product from one of our competitors anywhere in the country at a lower price, we will not only match that price, but also reward you with a gift. That’s how confident we are that we offer the best price!

Competing Product

The product to be compared must be new, of exactly the same type, brand, and color, with the same warranty and technical certification as the product purchased from us. In practice, this means that the competitor’s product must not be discounted due to damage, signs of use, missing packaging or accessories, or because it is a clearance or promotional item. Also, the competitor’s price must not depend on the purchase of other goods or services, or the use of installment plans or credit products.

Additionally, the product must be available in stock on the day the “Lowest Price Guarantee” is redeemed, i.e., it must be immediately available for purchase by the customer (this also applies to brochure and promotional offers).

Only retailers. retail chains. and online shops are considered competitors. We do not consider the following as competitors: wholesalers, cash & carry markets, bazaars, discount portals, eBay, or Amazon.

Submitting a Claim

You can submit your claim by email to info@mimera.com or call us at: +421 2 222 002 46. You must inform us about the specific competitor and their price and send us an email with a link to the product.

You can only redeem the Lowest Price Guarantee before making your purchase.

Claim Conditions

The lowest price guarantee can be used only if the sales conditions at the competitor's store can be verified The guarantee does not apply to incorrectly listed prices or products with quantity limitations We strive to process the lowest price guarantee promptly.

Other discounts and special offers cannot be combined with the lowest price guarantee, unless specified otherwise in a given promotion.
