Please note that you can return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason. Before you do so, please email us about your return intention at info@mimera.com.

Please also note that we only take back unused goods. Be careful not to remove any attached labels. Do not use or contaminate the goods.

We will contact you as soon as the returned goods have been received and checked. If it meets the above conditions, you will be issued a credit note depending on the payment method used. 
Shipping and postage costs are paid by the customer.
